1、體驗(yàn)
1. Experience
此乃過程的開端。參加者投入一項(xiàng)活動,并以觀察、表達(dá)和行動的形式進(jìn)行。這種初始的體驗(yàn)是整個過程的基礎(chǔ)。
This is the beginning of the process. Participants participate in an activity in the form of observation, expression and action. This initial experience is the basis of the whole process.
2、分享

有了體驗(yàn)以后,很重要的就是,參加者要與其它體驗(yàn)過或觀察過相同活動的人分享他們的感受或觀察結(jié)果。

3、交流

分享個人的感受只是步。循環(huán)的關(guān)鍵部分則是把這些分享的東西結(jié)合起來。與其它人參加探討、交流以及反映自己的內(nèi)在生活模式。

一步是策劃如何將這些體驗(yàn)應(yīng)用在工作及生活中,而應(yīng)用本身也成為一種體驗(yàn),有了新的體驗(yàn),循環(huán)又開始了。因此參加者可以不斷進(jìn)步。
